We have another house in the US that we visit in the spring and fall. Our house isn’t usually available in the summer months as we are at home. We are interested mostly in travel in the spring , winter and fall for one or two weeks at a time. We are not interested in exchanges in Canada or the US but prefer the UK and EU. Non simultaneous exchanges would work well.. We also have our house in Austin available for an exchange. |

We are interested in an exchange anytime after fall 2014. Our daughter leaves for University in fall 2014 so we have more flexibility. We would also be interested in a non simultaneous exchanges are open to any offers.
We are located 5- 10 minutes walk from Jericho beach and a few minutes from a large park on the beach. We are in a very quiet area with one of the best locations in Vancouver. We are 15 minutes by bus or car from downtown vancouver. We also have a one bedroom condo at Main and 8th which we can exchange or stay in if our house is exchanged. We can also do non simultaneous exchanges.

We are mostly retired professionals who have three adult children and 4 grandchildren.
We spend our summers in Vancouver /Saltspring Island and we have another home in Austin , Texas which we use in the spring and fall and rent out.
We like to travel in the spring, fall and winter and prefer locations in the UK and EU. We can easily do non-simultaneous exchanges . We don’t like to travel much in the summer months any more but we could have a week here or there offered if a non simultaneous exchange would work.
We did many house exchanges when our children were growing up in the summer months and enjoyed them tremendously. We have used Intervac for those years and really liked the members.
