Welcome to our cozy and colorful home, built in 1892, nestled in a quiet, dead-end street with friendly neighbors. This is a place where we feel truly happy, and we’d love to share it with you!
Our house is full of warmth and character, with a spacious living room and a bright, open kitchen that leads to our lush green garden. The garden offers a peaceful retreat with open views—perfect for relaxing with a coffee or enjoying a meal outside.
Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The attic is a wonderful guest space with a large double bed.
The neighborhood is family-friendly, close to parks, cafés, and shops, yet peaceful and full of charm. If you're looking for a welcoming, character-filled home in Utrecht, we’d love to swap! 🚲🏡
