Comfortable detached house with lovely garden in Lisserbroek, Netherlands
Perfect location, 20 minutes to the old cities like Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden. Lakes and sandy beaches are at bicycle distance. From the house a beautiful view on the countryside.
In the spring you can enjoy walking or cycling between the tulipfields and visit the most beautiful springgarden of the world, named " Keukenhof", on 2 km distance.
The house has 150 sq. meter floorspace with a seperate garage. There are two large bedrooms (24 and 16 sq.meter) on the first floor where extra beds can be made. On the second floor there is one smaller bedroom. Wifi is available.
We have several bikes that can be used to explore the area. Like everywhere in the Netherlands there are seperate cycle lanes for safe cycling (also with children). A playground for children is 100 meter from the house.
Our electric car (Nissan Leaf) can be part of the exchange or our small petrolcar Huyandai I10.

Lisserbroek is a small quiet village separated from Lisse by a channel. A bridge leads to the centre of Lisse, an authentic village with lots of shops, restaurants and activities. The Keukenhof forest and castle are just 2 km by bicycle. A countryside farm with apple and peer trees are at walking distance. .

We ( Rob and Pauline) have two adult daughters; Sasja temporary living at our house, and Laura living together with Rick in Helmond. If possible they sometimes want to visit us when we are in an exchange home.
Estilo de vida
Rob likes to do many sports like cycling, line and ice skating and mountain hiking. Together we love to make cycle tours and long walks through the dune and beach area. We often go to cities in our area like Amsterdam or Leiden and Haarlem for musea, classical concerts and special activities. We also love gardening and spend many hours maintaining and improving our garden.
