House in ROMA: a vacation filled with relax, history, the Jubilee, seaside moments, and delicious cuisine!
Welcome! Our bright apartment is located on the second floor of a small housing complex consisting of 4 apartment.
Our apartment is 128m and includes a living room, 3 bedrooms (2; 2; 1 +1 beds), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. There are also 3 big terrace, where you can enjoy BBQ dinner.
The plate cooking and the traditional oven are gas. In the kitchen there is also a dishwasher and a refrigerator, with 3 drawers for frozen products. One of the two bathrooms has a washing machine. In the living room there is 43 inch television, home theatre surround, hi-fi and dvd. we also have an internet connection with the "flat rate".
The staircase is a very unusual, funny, artistic model.
second floor: the house consists of a full big living room, a dining area, and kitchen. there is also a bathroom with a washing machine.
first floor: there is a first floor master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed; a third bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroow with a shower.
outdoors: the outdoor terrace affords alfresco dining with a table and chairs for four people. There are two other big terraces (40m each).
Our apartment is near Casalbernocchi station, well connected by Roma – Lido underground. We live 12 km far from Roma (Pyramide, Roma Ostiense), about 5 minutes walking to the nearest underground (Stazione di Casalbernocchi), from there 15 min by underground to the seaside (Lido di Ostia beach). Not far from us (10 minutes by car) there is some sport centre, with a swimming pool and tennis and in 10 min. you can reach Ostia Antica, a wonderful archelogical roman site .
From Roma Ostiense station you can easily reach FIUMINICINO AIRPORT and many beautiful regional destinations and further, such as FRASCATI, FREGENE, VITERBO...

During your stay, you can also take advantage of our three access points to the La Marinella beach club, which include the use of the swimming pool, hot tub, sunbed, and umbrella.
