In one of the best places in San Sebastian , just 2-3 minutes walk from the Zurriola beach and just over the famous Old Quarter , this penthouse is small but cozy and comfortable .
With a beautiful terrace from which you can smell the aroma of the nearby sea , while you enjoy a nice view .

The area is the district of Gros, quiet and beautiful neighborhood . The attic´s situation is excellent because with no additional transportation can quickly reach the most emblematic places of the city : in addition to the nearby beach Zurriola , where you can get off at " flip flops " if you like, once you arrive at the Kursaal Palace, Parte Vieja , Victoria Eugenia Theatre , including City Council area and Concha beach you will arrive in about 10 minutes.
