Hello!

My name is Kristy and my husband Micah and I have 3 kids, Sofia (13) Nicolas (11) and Noah (10). We've completed 7 home exchanges since joining intervac in 2016. We have loved each and every exchange and look forward to doing more!

Our house has three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, plus an office in a great, family friendly town. The sofa in the office has a fold out bed to sleep an additional 2 people. In the backyard we have a hot tub and fireplace. In our office we have a full body massage chair - feels awesome after walking all day at the theme parks! We also have a peloton bike in the office if you feel like exercising. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a 3 person sauna as well as a large soaker tub and separate shower. The family room features an 86"television, perfect for family movie nights at home. We are only 20 minutes from Orlando, 40 minutes from Disney World and several beaches. There are lots of bike trails nearby and we have 2 adult bikes and several kids bikes available to use. There is a really nice park just down the street from us and so much to do nearby ( theme parks, water parks, beaches, helicopter tours, swimming with manatees, alligator airboat tours, cirque du soleil, pirate dinner shows, amazing restaurants and more!)

We can exchange either our 7 seater car (Mazda CX-9 - 2008) or our 5 seater (2018 Tesla Model 3) so you'll have no problem getting around. We also don't mind renting a car if you prefer not to exchange cars.
