Bergen - Spacious villa, quiet, close to the city / Grande maison, calme, proche de la ville
Our home, in a calm neighbourhood, overlooks the lake of a public park. The big garden and terrasse is directly accessed from the living room and the main bedroom.
The house is on two floors. On the main floor you will find a large living and dining room, a separate, large kitchen w/ a four seats table, well equipped w/ all ustensiles. The corridor brings you to the master bedroom ( bed 180 x 200) and it's private bathroom w/ tub. In the end of the corridor there is also a second bedroom (90 x 200) and a smaller bathroom w/ shower.
The lower floor has a large living room w/ a convertible sofa (150 x 200) and a single bed (120 x 200). One separate bedroom (bed 160 x 200), a bathroom w/ shower and a laundry room.
A 5 min. walk takes you to a small-sized shopping center with all necessary commerces (grocery, baker, cafés, pharmacy, wine shop ++). Nearby you will find several other food stores.
The nearest tramway station is only 300m away. The tram brings you directly to the city center in 16 min. and in the opposite direction to the airport in less than half an hour. The city bus stops at a 100m from the house and brings you to city center in 22 min. Public transport is very good, so there is no reason to go by car into the city. If you should choose so anyway, you're there in approx.15 min (note that parking is limited and charged, and usually more expensive than public transport).
Our house's emplacement is ideal for visiting Bergen, the surrounding mountains and the coast. It's close to the city and all it offers, at the same time as you can enjoy staying at home, relaxing on the terrasse and in the garden. In an undisturbed and very quiet environment.
We truly love our home and hope our guests will, too.
