Our home is located in La Colonia Güell, a charming village declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, just 15 km from Barcelona. It boasts breathtaking modernist architecture, including a church designed by Antonio Gaudí and some of the most unique buildings in Catalan modernist architecture—a place truly worth exploring during your visit to Barcelona.
The property spans three floors, featuring a small front patio and a rear patio connected to the social area and kitchen on the ground floor. Also on this floor, you'll find a small study and a guest bathroom. The first floor houses two cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the third bedroom.
During the exchange, our lovely cat Arale will be at home. It's important to us to find a family who can take care of her, feeding her and keeping her litter box clean. This requirement is essential for us when considering the exchange. We hope you find our home as welcoming as we do!

Hello! We are a family of four: David, an architect and illustrator; Maria Jose, a pedagogue specializing in emotional intelligence; Marcel, a comic and animation student with dreams of becoming a comic creator; and Andrés, a sound and image student with a keen interest in music production. The queen of the family is our cat Arale, who will stay at home during exchanges. We are passionate about exploring new places and immersing ourselves in diverse cultures.
For almost 8 years, we lived in Colombia and returned to Barcelona shortly before the pandemic. While we were abroad, we didn't engage in any exchanges, and we are eager to relive this experience. As parents, we are aware that our children are growing rapidly, motivating us to make the most of our vacations and create lasting childhood memories together. We are excited about the opportunity to exchange homes again and explore new destinations while sharing experiences.
