A large detached house with a great garden that has a nice terrace with pergola and BBQ. Located in a quiet village close to the city of Santander (10km). It borders the natural park of the "Las Dunas de Liencres", and is three kilometers away from the coast and different beaches in Liencres.
Santander is the capital of Cantabria, in the north of Spain. It is a very green region, with a soft weather, which stands out for its natural environment, with many rural and natural places to visit.
Cantabria border in the west with Asturias and in the east with the Basque Country, which has its main reference in BIlbao (100km by highway).

Mortera is a small town near Santander, formed by sets of single-family houses and small urbanizations. It is very quiet and hasn't any traffic. It crosses a county road that leads to the coastal area of Liencres where there are extraordinary beaches. At 2 km you have the entrance to the highway that connects with Santander, Torrelavega and all the north of Spain.
Cantabria stands out for its natural spaces, its beaches, and its gastronomy. Places of interest are the Nature Park of Cabarceno, the caves of El Soplao or Altamira with their cave paintings. There are beautiful towns to visit such as Santillana del Mar, Comillas or Lierganes.
Santander is a nice city with a beautiful bay that in summer is full of visitors and life.
