I am a single dad with three teenager kids living in the beautiful city of Ghent, Belgiums best kept secret according to Lonely Planet.

Our house is situated close to the city center and we live close to a station, connecting to all major cultural cities of Flanders: Bruges, Antwerp, Brussels and Ypres (World War I heritage). The seaside is also easily reached by train! An ideal starting point for a cultural discovery trough Flanders!

We live in a charming house (constructed in 1910) with a spacious living room and kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 6 sleeping places in total (2 double and 2 single beds). Our house also has a nice roof terrace and garden to relax on a sunny day.

We love travelling in Europe, mostly during eastern and summer holiday (July-August). We are nature lovers (We love hiking) but also like to to discover (major) European cities. We are looking forward to our first home exchange!
