3 bedroom in Stockholm
Very nice apartment with three bedrooms. Located in Stockholm, Hammarby Sjöstad. 15 mins to the very city center with public transport or car. You can also take a boat to the city center. It stays 5 mins from our home.
Calm area with closeness to nature (Nackareservatet) and situated by the water (50 meters). Grocery stores (three of them) around the corner, restaurants as close and a larger shopping center (Sickla köpkvarter) just 10 mins away with public transport.
3 bedroom apartment with a combined kitchen and living room for that villa feeling. 3,25 m ceiling hight. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
We have our own patio outside where you can spend time in the sofa and also do some bbq.

Single dad family with two kids, 14 (daughter) and 9 (son) years old.
When not working the dad likes to workout, play the trombone and soon drive some motorcycle. Of course it's also important to have a social life which is indeed possilble in this nice apartment with large common areas.
The daughter is very much into painting other estethic outcomes. But she is also playing in a theatre group and plays handball a lot. The son is much into gaming but likes to play football (soccer) with friends in the neighbourhood when not working out with his teakwondo and swimming classes.
We like to be together and we like to spend it at home :)

We like to be at home when not doing all our activities :)
The dad likes to work out, go cycling, play the trombone and soon enough - ride the motorcycle. The daughter in the familiy of course spends a lot of time on TikTok but she is also into painting and drawing a lot. She also attends thatre classes and plays handball. The son spends a lot of time gaming but he also likes to go outside to play football (soccer) and he also has teakwondo and swimming on his schedule.
The living area is very calm and safe. That means that you can go out on your own as a kid and you can easily take yourself to recreation areas very nearby. We have 75 meters to the water which also contributes to the calmness.
