Beautiful garden with BBQ, trampoline, children's play equipment and vegetable/herb garden. Suburban located, only 10 mins to Steyr or 30 mins to Linz by car or bus (1 min walk to nearest bus station).

It's also just a 20 mins drive to the Nationalpark Kalkalpen, a wonderful hiking area.
Lots of nice playgrounds nearby.
