Beautiful house on the southside of Glasgow, Scotland
I live in a 3-bedroom semi-detached house in a leafy suburb of Glasgow. We have a sunroom which is great for relaxing and feels as if it is in the middle of the garden! The house is about 4.5 miles from the centre of Glasgow. It is a quiet neighbourhood but within very easy distance from shops and restaurants, buses and trains. It is only 10 minutes on the train from central Glasgow. We are within easy commuting distance from Edinburgh, the highlands and Loch Lomond, the Lake District and also the airport!

Our house is in a residential surburb, with easy transport links to the centre of Glasgow. The centre is 7 miles away. We are exactly 1 mile from the door to the world famous Burrell Museum, situated in Pollok Country Park - a beautiful park for a walk or a run. Pollok House (in the park) is also worth a visit.
There are other parks near us - Rouken Glen and Newlands. We are also close to some good restaurants and cafes, as well as a variety of supermarkets.
