Stunning two bedroom apartment,overlooking the sea. Open to all offers. Member since 2009

Apartments have captivating views across the bay to Paignton and Brixham.
We have the benefit of milder temperatures here in the S.West.
See the recent "Blog" written by our Intervac web master Ana Neto who stayed with her family in my apartment. Entitled " Non Simultaneous Exchange "
My apartment was also filmed in Dec 2011 by Channel 4. A DVD is available to view.
Exclusively for the residents enjoyment, the gardens are situated to the seaward side of the building with private gated entrance to the Royal Terrace Gardens leading to the promenade.
They are close to the town centre also the theatre, marina, ferry point and pier.
Electronic gates open to under ground car park with the apartments having allocated parking spaces.
In the area there are many excellent Restaurants, which we can recommend, local fish from the sea daily.
As well as fantastic dining facilities in the bay there are many leisure pursuits, including all water sports and indoor leisure centres. Castles, historical homes in the area. Tor Abbey being one of them and Greenway the home of the author Agatha Christie.
The apartments are in close proximinity to the train station, buses and you can travel by boat. Close to Exeter, Plymouth and Dartmoor, approximately one hour drive to Cornwall.
