We are now looking specifically for a home swap in Iceland mid July 2024. We are mostly interested in a home swap during the summer French school holidays ( i.e. July or August and for Halloween, Xmas or Easter) and are flexible as to the exact period wanted. |

COMFORTABLE HOME - A GREEN GETAWAY in the Loire valley
We live in a very quiet neighborhood as our street is a dead end.
OUR HOUSE :
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds.
On the ground floor you will find :
- The California-style kitchen
- The lounge/dining room opening onto the large shaded terrace overlooking the garden.
- One of our bathrooms has just been renovated.
- One bedroom looks onto the terrace next to the first bathroom.
On the second floor :
- 3 bedrooms : one room with double mezzanine bed and convertible sofa and another one well suited for children too. One guest-room (with double bed) next to the second bathroom.
In the basement :
- A washroom + a cellar with one extra fridge/freezer.
LARGE GARDEN : 3000 m2, enclosed, grassed with lots of trees , extremely quiet and greenv(with lots of raspberries in summer to taste)
Parking space for 3 vehicles
A volleyball /badminton playground .
Outdoor games (pétanque set and tennis rackets)
Large parking space inside the garden and very easy to park on the street too!
OFFGROUND SWIMMING POOL
We will leave the instructions for maintenance.
COSY CHÂLET (log cabin) next to the house with a loft where children can have fun and sleep there too as there is a double bed upstairs.
For our plan to swap homes with Iceland, we are ready to exchange our car, a CITROEN Picasso C3.
