Telfs, Austria

Wir wohnen in einem zweistöckigen Doppel-Wohnhaus in ruhiger, flacher Wohngegend auf dem Plateau von Telfs.
Ein großer Garten mit geräumiger Loggia umgibt das Haus, außerdem steht auch noch eine Sonnenterrasse im 1.Stock zum Entspannen zur Verfügung.

Ein großer Parkplatz mit Garage gehört zum Haus kann ebenso genutzt werden.
Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr nett und ruhig.

Wir liegen günstig nahe der Landeshaupststadt Innsbruck (20 Min),München ( 90 Min.),Salzburg (80 Min.),Bozen (100 Min.) und Süddeutschland(Seen,Wandern etc.).
Auch eine öffentliche Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit und der Bahnhof Telfs/Pfaffenhofen ist nur 2km entfernt.
Viele wunderbare Seen liegen in der Umgebung: Möserer See - 15.Min.;Lanser see - 30 Min.; Piburger See - 40 min.; Rheintaler See - 50 Min.und Geroldsee - 35 Min.(BRD) mit weiteren dort.
Ein kürzlich sehr schön renoviertes und modernisiertes Schwimmbad (innen/außen mit Sauna etc.)gibt es ebenfalls in Telfs.

Biken geht vom Haus weg Richtung Inntal (flacher) bis Innsbruck oder Haiming oder zum Mieminger Platau ,etwas ambitionierter (15 Min.).

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort auch gutes Tourismusbüro für alle infos,wie große Ärzteschaft und Banken.
Bei zwei Bauern in der Nachbarschaft erhalten Sie Eier,Kartoffel,Käse,Honig u.a.

We are living in a two storied semi-detached house (duplex house) in a quiet and flat urban residential area on the plateau of Telfs.
Our house is surrounded by a large garden and the spacious loggia invites you on sunny days to stay and spend some time by reading an exiting book, just for example. In addition, our neighbours are nice and quiet.

We are conveniently located near the provincial capital Innsbruck (20 min), Munich (90 min), Salzburg (80 min), Bolzano (100 min) and also Southern Germany (lakes, hiking) are possible suggestions for a day trip.
Also the public bus is not far and the trainstation Telfs / Pfaffenhofen is only 2 km away.

Beautiful lakes nearby: "Pipurger See", "Lanser See", Möserer See", "Achensee", "Reinthaler See", "Berglsteiner See", "Geroldsee", "Hechtsee" and many more. (between 20-60 minutes by car)

A recently renovated and modernized public bath house (pools, sauna, etc) is a few minutes walk away.

You can start your cycling tour just in front of the house toward the Inntal (flat) to Innsbruck, Haiming or for the more ambitious bikers to the Mieminger Plateau.

There are many possibilities to shop (mall, grocery stores...) in town, also a tourist office for all information, such as medical profession and banks.

With two farms nearby you can always purchase fresh eggs, potatoes, cheese, honey and other tasty an healthy food.
