We have moved from our California home to a home on 3.5 acres (1.42 ha) by Mankato, Minnesota. We are surrounded by horse ranches, and adore the open space, yet only 2 miles (3.23 km) from Mankato. Our nearest international airport is MSP, Minneapolis/ St. Paul, Minnesota. Our home is is 73 miles (117 km) from the airport. The Mall of America (the largest shopping and entertainment mall in the United States) is located adjacent to MSP airport.

We call our 2300 ft2 (214 M3) home the "Viking Longhouse" which has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a great room consisting of the living, dining, kitchen, and music rooms, laundry area, game & pool table room, gym, and a 3 car garage.

The master bedroom ensuite with large bathtub and separate shower and has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and desk. The third bedroom doubles as a den, and has a long twin bed in the closet (a hit with many people).

There is a home theater system in the living room with a 8' screen for movie watching, or listening to the 400 CD sound system. The den/3rd bedroom has a tv and sofas.

The pool table room has many board games for young and old alike.

There are two bikes plus golfing equipment available for use in the garage.

There is a small gym with a total gym and small weights.

We have outdoor patio furniture, a fire pit with a gas fire ring, an umbrella, a badminton court, and basketball hoop. There is a front deck off the living room with chairs overlooking the neighbors horses, and a back patio with table, chairs and grill.

We would like to exchange for a period of two - three weeks. We are also open to long weekends or single weeks during the year for USA / Canada / Mexico exchanges. We are open to all offers or suggestions. We love animals but due to allergies do not allow pets in the home (we are not allergic to animals, but our family members are}. We do have a garage cat that is quite sweet and self sufficient, and we can have others assure his well being if you prefer no pet care.

We have a 2021 GMC Sierra 6 passenger pickup truck, and a 2002 Mercedes-Benz SL500 2 passenger convertible to exchange.
