Fab SFBay View Townhome. Also DeLuxe View Condo in Puerto Vallarta... we seek a local urban exchange, also Australia, Sydney, or Paris.
5 Min drive from this gated community are shopping and great restaurants. Its a 25 min. drive to Opera Plaza and SF City Hall.
Off the living room is a large deck with dining table and deck chairs. From the deck you have a view of San Francisco and the city of Alameda across a channel of SF Bay. Walk along the Bay and cross a pedestrian/bike bridge to the Aeolian Yacht Club.
The upstairs Master Bedroom suite has a small deck. The second bedroom suite has a couch w bed inside, and a TV set.
Townhome has 2 bedroom suites upstairs. A half bath is downstairs.
We have views of the Bay from our 2 decks as well as jogging and biking paths along the Bay and a lagoon w ducks and egrets. Alameda has a small town atmosphere, homes were built in the 1930s and very charming architecture, yet close to everything. The Ferry Boats dock nearby so you can get to SF without driving if you wish.
You will have a Community pool with Jacuzzi, and jogging-biking trails along the Bay.
Bikes are available for use, tennis rackets and even a close-by Bocce Ball court.
Ferry boats are 10 min away crossing the Bay to all cities, just step out the door and walk along the path to the ferry boat dock...then all Bay Area cities are available without driving.
Your Toyota Camry has its own parking place.

Park Street and Southshore Plaza is 5 min drive with shopping and restaurants.
Its a perfect location.
