Description of the villa FRPT0901:
Nice villa in an exceptional sea-front location, facing the ocean, in a very quiet and secure area, with free usage of 3 large pools, including a covered and heated one in winter, 3 tennis courts and plenty of very nice golf courses in the neighbourhood. A splendid sandy beach is just in front of the villa.
This villa is in perfect condition, very comfortably furnished and has comprehensive facilities: dish washer, washing machine, satellite TV, etc. Highly efficient air conditioners (heat pumps reversible effect) are installed in each room and produce on demand, hot or cold, depending on the season, very quickly. For the peace and safety of children and adults, the surrounding area is fully enclosed.
This villa is our second home and we stay there from time to time as much as we can, because our main home (FR000400) is located in France. It’s really a wonderful location for who likes the very close seaside. We are happy when Intervac members can use it and enjoy the numerous charms of the Algarve, this so beautiful region of South Portugal, with more than 300 sunny days a year.
When we don’t use it for our self and when we don’t have guests, we offer it for rent, advertising it on few specialized websites. You can visit one of them by typing in http://www.homelidays.com/hebergement/p6002089. There, you will see more photos, description and visitors comments (more than 60 comments all 100% satisfied).
Stays are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

• The location is exceptional, first row, facing the ocean. It offers an absolutely breathtaking panoramic ocean view. This is probably the best location of the entire condominium.
• Geographical position: allowing visits throughout the Algarve from the Spanish border to the tip of SAGRES because this villa is approximately halfway, at the junction of two types of coasts (huge sandy flat beaches or picturesque rocky ocher cliffs)
• Easy supply: close to a variety of small shops, two medium-sized supermarkets (Inter Marche and Pingo Doce), a market. There are also in the same residence, open seasonally, a small supermarket for small shopping and fresh bread; and a restaurant overlooking the largest pool and the sea.
• Climate: ensures maximum sunlight until very late in the season. More than 300 days of sunshine per year.

very experienced Intervac members
We, Lucien and Josiane, are both retired.
Lucien founded Intervac France in 1968, was the manager of Intervac France from 1968 to 2000, and was a travel agent with agencies based in Tours and in Paris. He still likes much travels! Since 2000, he is the Honorary President of Intervac International and still administrates most Intervac members based in countries where Intervac does not have Permanent Agents.
Josiane was a professional photographer and an art painter. She still paints a lot and shoots a lot of photos, but swimming remains a must for her.
Of course, we are very experienced Intervac members (more than 70 exchanges and a lot of friends around the world). We know what is taking care seriously of our partners' homes.
