House in Frederikssund, by the Fjord and close to Copenhagen
The house is from 1899 and is situated just by the water (Roskilde Fjord) and the recreational area Kalvøen. Still it is close to the town centre and train to Copenhagen. It is 260 m2 with three rooms, bath and kitchen on the first floor and four rooms and bath on the second floor. The garden is app. 2000 m2. There is shade in the trees and outdoor kitchen in the back of the garden, and a lawn, kitchen garden etc in the front. The Fjord is good for fishing.

Sobre el vecindario
The house is situated 10 metres from Roskilde Fjord. We bath in the fjord in the summer almost every day or drive 10 km to the Isefjorden or 20 km. up to the Kattegat sea. Behind the house is the recreational area Kalvøen with tennis courts (you can play for 7 euros a visit, we have rackets), outdoor theatre, a small viking outdoor museum, football fields, sailing and a rowing club. It is a 5 minute walk to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to the regional S-train which runs to Copenhagen City every 10 minutes (takes app. 45 minutes). We have two kayaks and all the relevant equipment which you can use - the fjord is very suitable for inexperienced users. Museums, activities in Sjælland are typically within a ½-1 hour driving distance. The town of Frederikssund has 15.000 inhabitants, many shops, pharmacy, doctors, cinema, a few decent restaurants, in short all the basic services you need, and a fine museum for the danish painter and sculpturer J. F. Willumsen.
