Flat with beautiful terrace near Lucerne, Switzerland
We live in a bright and cosy four-room apartment. We have a living-room with integrated kitchen and three bedrooms. Our "fifth" room is a huge balcony, where we have our meals in summer and also enjoy some time with a good book and a glass of wine.
The apartment is located in a house with a total of six apartments. Our neighbours are very kind and friendly people.
Our house lies in close proximity to the famous city of Lucerne. It only takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre by public transportation. Conveniently, the bus stop is just around the corner.

Wir leben in einer hellen und gemütlichen Vierzimmerwohnung. Neben einem Wohnbereich mit offener Küche gibt es drei Schlafzimmer. Unser «fünftes» Zimmer ist der riesige Balkon, wo wir im Sommer gerne essen, oder auch mal ein gutes Buch oder ein Glas Wein geniessen.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauses mit insgesamt sechs Wohnungen. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Das Haus liegt in nächster Nähe zur berühmten Stadt Luzern. Mit dem Bus ist das Stadtzentrum in nur 10 Minuten erreicht. Und praktischerweise ist die Busstation nur ein Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt.

We try to live environmentally conscious. That's why we have not had a car for thirty years. Instead, we prefer public transportation and are passionate and convinced cyclists.
We like to be outdoors, be that while hiking, ski touring or cycling. In summer, we’re cultivating a small vegetable garden next to our house.

Wir leben umweltbewusst. Aus diesem Grund haben wir seit dreissig Jahren kein Auto mehr und bevorzugen den öffentlichen Verkehr. Zudem sind wir überzeugte und passionierte Radfahrer.
Wir sind gerne und oft im Freien, sei es bei Wanderungen, Ski- oder Velotouren. Im Sommer pflegen wir einen kleinen Gemüsegarten neben unserem Haus.
