Flat in Canet de Berenguer, Valencia, Spain
The house that we offer is a flat located in a magnificent resort at the seashore in Canet d'En Berenguer, a coastal town next to Sagunto and 30 km from Valencia. The resort has excellent facilities, with gardens, a splendid swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for children, seven tennis courts and children's garden.
The house is located two hundred meters from the beach, a white sand beach, very beautiful, to enjoy the sun and to swim in crystal clear waters.
The apartment has three bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, with bath and shower. It also has a terrace and some windows overlooking the pool. It has full kitchen with washing machine and microwave.
There is also a large supermarket next to the resort where you can buy food and the necessities fo home.
Near the complex there are many restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes.
The area is well served. There are buses that connect you with Valencia. You can also use the train, whose station is in Sagunto, located three kilometers from Canet.
