• Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland and famous for its history, vibrant culture and a beautiful setting in the Scottish countryside. Scotland has a lot of spectacular scenery with opportunities for outdoor activities such as cycling, walking or golf (St Andrews Golf course is 1hour 20 minutes away by car). If you enjoy your whisky, you will enjoy the Scotch Whisky experience tour and tasting in Edinburgh!
We are a family of two adults
• Our modern flat is 110m2 is located in the city centre, West End part of Edinburgh
• Light, warm and comfortable flat
• Located in Dean Village of Edinburgh
• The flat has a view on Water of Leith
• Two bedrooms ( one king size bed and a double bed )
• A fully functional kitchen
• One bedroom is facing Water of Leith
• Car can be included in exchange
• It takes 15 min walk to get to the the main Princes Street
• Modern Art Gallery ONE and TWO are just 10 minutes away
• Nearby is West End which has an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs with a fantastic view over Edinburgh Castle
• Nearby are several supermarkets ( 15 minutes walk )
• We have house plants and would be grateful if you could provide an easy care for it.

DEAN VILLAGE
The flat situated in Dean Village -Historic Site of Edinburgh
Situated five minutes away from Princes Street, the Dean Village, a beautiful oasis right by the Water of Leith.
Dean Village was previously where milling of water mills took place, of which remains of this can still be seen. Hidden in the village, you will come across a variety of mill stones and stone plaques decorated with baked bread and pies. The Dean Bridge can also be found if you walk along the walkway following the Water of Leith. The Bridge and St Bernard's Well were both designed by Thomas Telford.
At the heart of the village is Well Court, the most iconic building in the village. This building was built in the 1880s and housed local workers who worked at the water mills.
Just a short walk away, you can browse exhibitions in the Dean Gallery and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.
