An old-French fashion house, in a quiet village, perfect to discover the Loire Valley Châteaux (1h by train - 2.5h by car from Paris)

Our traditionnal house is located in a small village close to the Loire Valley (UNESCO word heritage), also named “The Garden of France”. The location is an ideal starting point to visit the vineyards and the châteaux of the Loire: Chateau of Chenonceau, Villandry, Chambord,..and others (we still didn't visit all of them).

The village has all the main facilities and is at 10 km to Tours, known for the pleasures of the table and its historical heritage (plus a TGV station - 1h to Paris). Schools are particularly friendly in our village.
The house is old-fashioned but renovated with all modern equipment: a large living-room with boom beam and a 18th-century fireplace, a confortable and functional kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, bordering a forest.
There is a private parking inside, a patio perfect for barbecue.
We are a family with 3 children so the house is well adjusted to families.
Bikes (adult/kid) are availables, as well as a canoe.

Une maison ā 10km de Tours, dans la vallée de la Loire et des châteaux des rois de France. Centre historique de la France à une heure de Paris.
La maison fait 130 m2 avec un vaste jardin dans un village pittoresque français, mais tout proche de tous les attraits de la région et d'une grande ville: Tours
Nous avons 3 enfants donc bien adaptée aux familles.
