The atmosphere of it's old city-center - built in rare 17th century styled houses - will win everyone's heart.

We live in a recently renovated penthouse - interior in Art Deco/ Bauhaus style - of an eight storied building in Berchem/Antwerp.
The Berchem-area of Antwerp is situated quite near the city-center. Within 300meters you'll find a tram-stop.
From there the tram will take you to the city-center in no time.
In Antwerp you'll find an outstanding public-transport network-service, wich will take take you everywhere in town.
Including (in 15min.) to the world-famous Central Station from where you can easily make city-trips to Paris - Amsterdam - Brussels - Rotterdam - Düsseldorf and so on.

In our penthouse a couple and one adult will enjoy a comfortable stay in a nice atmosphere.
Look at the pictures please and you will discover that everything you need is there such as 2 bedrooms, bathroom (bath/shower), huge living and modern equipped kitchen.

The penthouse is surrounded by 170m2 terraces on south/west and east side with continuous, amazing, unobstructed views all around.

We are a couple and prefer to visit interesting cities during the year (4/5 days) and in july/august a trip for 2/3 weeks.

Ons dakappartement is gelegen op de achtste etage van het gebouw aan de Fruithoflaan in Antwerpen.
De wijk Berchem is gelegen vlak bij de binnenstad; binnen 300 meter stapt u op de tram/bus naar hartje stad. De stad heeft een uitstekend netwerk openbaar vervoer, u kunt hiermee alle bestemmingen bereiken die u wilt (binnen de 15 minuten).
De tram brengt ook rechtstreeks naar het befaamde Centraal Station (15 minuten) van waaruit u trips kunt maken naar Paris, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Düsseldorf etc. etc.

Ons appartement biedt royale ruimte voor een echtpaar en één volwassene.
Het heeft 170 m2 terrassen op zuid/oost en west met onbelemmerd uitzicht op de weide omgeving. Het appartement beschikt over een ruime keuken, met moderne apparatuur, een badkamer met bad en douche, 2 slaapkamers, een hal, living, eethoek en ruime bergruimtes.
Verder zullen de foto's u ons inziens een goed beeld geven van stijl en inrichting.

Als echtpaar willen wij graag weekend-trips maken van 4/5 dagen naar interessante steden, in juli/augustus zijn we mogelijk in voor een langere periode.
