We really love US . But , we were in Vienna last summer and we would like discover more european cities . We are interested in European capitals but we also really enjoy hiking, so the countryside could appeal to us .
Our dates are flexible . We can exchange more than2 weeks . 3 or one month are also perfect . We have 2 houses on Intervac : one in the countryside and one , smaller on the Atlantic Ocean .

Our one story house is located in Perigord Noir this place is very touristic because it has beautiful landscapes ( hills , woods , cultivated areas ) and historic villages . It is also renowned for his rural and authentic gastronomy .Sarlat is a small town is famous for its historic medieval center . There are plenty of restaurants . the speciality is "Foie gras" and duck with sarladaise potatoes . A car is needed for discovering castles , prehistoric caves , old villages but they are all closed to the town : Less than 1/2 hour of driving you can see famous medieval castle and village ( La Roque Gageac or Beynac or Domme ) , worldly famous Lascaux caves .We exchange our car .

Our house is an old renovated farm in a rural area very calm but close to the amenities . The biggest supermarket is 5 minutes by car from the house , historic center ( 5 mn). The small river to bath :10 mn .
The house has 2 large parental bedrooms ( one 1 floor :160cm bed ; one second foor )) and one smaller but with a bed for 2 ( 2nd floor ) - and possible extra bedroom in the play room) , a nice kitchen , 1 bathroom , 2 toilets (one upstairs ) a sitting room and a large veranda . Outside , we have a big garden with fruits ( figs , peachs in august) trees ,2 outside places with table , gardens chairs , hut for children , small baby foot and ping pong table in a barn .
