The modern, bright apartment has 4 rooms on 2 floors (120 m2) and is one of 20 apartments in a non-profit settlement with its own courtyard, common rooms and a friendly café in the house. The apartment is located in a lively district: the Lorraine / Breitenrain district in Bern with numerous small (organic) shops, well served by public transport and sharing offers.
Facts & Figures: 2nd floor: open kitchen/living room and a «master-bedroom». 1st floor: 2 children's rooms with 1 bed ((0.90x1.90) and 2 beds (0.90x1.90 and 1.60x1.90). 1 toilet / 1 bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher and all the usual odds and ends; Laundry room in the basement with 3 washing machines and drying rooms.

Our lively «Lorraine» district is 10 min. on foot or 3 bus stops from Bern's main station and is located directly by the Aare and is very lively, thanks to committed residents, many small shops, businesses and cafes - be careful: you can easily get around the area fall in love!
