Family home offer the best of many worlds - beaches, forest and Sydney

Our house is regular family house in a peaceful, forest setting, yet close to the Illawarra's beautiful beaches, a top hang gliding spot and Sydney's Royal National Park (with sensational coastal views and walking tracks). It is also one hour by car or train to Sydney's most iconic landmarks (the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House) or Wollongong – so Otford offers the best of many worlds. Our home is a two level family home with one bathroom, four bedrooms and a lovely back patio overlooking the Hacking River. We also have an apartment attached to our house with a full kitchen, lounge, bathroom and queen size bed comfortable for two adults (plus kids if OK to "camp" on the floor on camp mats for short stays) available for non-synchronous exchanges.

We have high school aged children so our main potential travel blocks is our summer school holidays from late December - late Jan.
