The flat is in a beautiful, leafy quarter of town, up-market and tasteful. We are 30 min. walking distance from the centre, or there is an excellent bus service. The flat comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a utility room. There is a lift. The street is very quiet and safe. It is a 5 minute walk to Bruntsfield Place, an excellent street for shops, cafés and restaurants.

The neighbourhood offers all amenities - shops, cafés, restaurants, and an excellent bus service. From here the buses traverse the entire city. From the flat you can walk along the canal for miles. The Water of Leith is another lovely local walk. Many walks in the beautiful Pentland hills can be reached using local buses. We are 30 mins drive to Cramond, or Portobello on the coast and 45 mins from Gullane, one of the best beaches in Scotland. Edinburgh offers easy access to culture, history, the coast and hills.

I mostly travel with one or two friends.
