Helsinki top floor & sea view terrace
We are experienced exchangers and travellers having a 120m2 top floor flat with a large terrace in Helsinki, in a district called Lauttasaari, which is rated as the most wanted place to live in Helsinki.
We live in our home with a small 8 yrs rescue dog and also wish to do exchanges that allow traveling with our dog.
The nature, sea, beaches and walking/cycling paths are just outside the door, bus stops 300m, supermarkets 500m and metro station at 1km distance, and downtown Helsinki and its attractions, shops, cafes, museums etc at 5km distance.

We are looking for a 1-2 week (or longer) exchange in Southern or Central Europe during October/November/December. Our Helsinki home would be available during June/July/August/September for a non-simultaneous exchange. We would like to find an exchange opportunity that allows our small and well behaving 8 yrs rescue dog to travel with us. |

About the neighborhood
Our neighbourhood Lauttasaari (translates as 'Ferry Island') is situated in the western side of Helsinki. It's a lovely area with sea, nature and walking options just outside the door while all services of Helsinki are easily accessible. Public transportation is excellent and very safe in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Everything is within walking distance - three supermarkets are within 500m, bus stop 200m, public bicycle rental station 200m, metro station 1km and Central Railway station 5km (3 metro stops).
There are two beaches within 500 meters from the door. The bigger one has also a nice children playground and BBQ/Grill place.

A couple who loves traveling and seeing the world
We are a family of two adults and a small lovely 8 yrs old rescue dog. Our children have left home a long time ago.
We have both worked in international companies in senior management roles but are now enjoying life and traveling as much as we can.
We have done wonderful Intervac exchanges over the years in Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Canada, Denmark, UK, Ireland, France and Spain
