Very quietly located 3.5-room apartment in a central location in a car-free settlement. The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building (elevator directly in the underground car park). From the spacious entrance, two cozy bedrooms go towards the garden. There is a 140x200 m bed in the children's room, and a 180x200 m bed in the parent bed. From the living and dining room, as well as the balcony, there is an impressive view of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and dishwasher. Our neighborhood is extremely quiet and friendly. In front of the house there is a large place with a stone table and benches and invites you to linger. At the other end of the settlement there is also small playground. Via traffic -calmed side streets, you go on a 7 -minute walk across the Spiez Castle to a wonderful bathing area by the lake and on the other hand to the bay, where there is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a really great playground with pump track as well as various restaurants and bars. From the settlement you can reach the sunny Spiezberg and the forest in a few minutes of foot, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake, vineyard, the mountains and Spiez. The Spiez train station is 7 foot minutes away, a bus stop there even only 2 minutes of foot.

Sehr ruhig gelegene 3.5-ZImmer Wohnung in zentraler Lage in einer autofreien Siedlung. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses (Aufzug direkt bis in die Tiefgarage vorhanden). Vom grosszügigen Entrée gehen in Richtung Garten zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer ab. Im Kinderzimmer steht ein 140x200 m grosses Bett, im Elternschlafzimmer ein 180x200 m grosses Bett. Vom Wohn- und Esszimmer, sowie dem Balkon, besteht eine imposante Sicht auf den Thunersee und die umliegenden Berge. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist äusserst ruhig und freundlich. Vor dem Haus liegt ein grosser Platz mit Steintisch und -bänken und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Am anderen Ende der Siedlung gibt es zudem eine Spielwiese mit kleinem Spielplatz. Über verkehrsberuhigte Nebenstrassen geht es in nur 7 Min Fussweg über das Spiezer Schloss einerseits zu einer wunderbaren Badestelle am See und andererseits zur Bucht, wo sich ein Freibad, eine Minigolfanlage, ein richtig toller Spielplatz mit Pumptrack sowie verschiedene Restaurants und Bars befinden. Von der Siedlung gelangt man in wenigen Fussminuten auf den sonnigen Spiezberg und den Wald, von wo man einen grandiosen Blick über See, Rebberge, die Berge und Spiez geniessen kann. Der Bahnhof von Spiez ist 7 Fussminuten entfernt, eine Busstation dahin sogar nur 2 Fussminuten.
