Our house is located in the south of Salzburg. It has a comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, an extra toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The total living space is 120 m2.
There is a small beautiful garden and an idyllic courtyard.
An extra plus is the perfect infrastructure (in walking distance: supermarkets, pharmacy, possibility for swimming etc.). Good public transport connections (2 buses) make it easy to reach the historic city center in 15 minutes and by bike in 10 minutes.
If you like to walk: The house is close to the castle of Leopoldskron which is well known from the famous film “sound of music” (10 minutes to walk). There is also a beautiful footpath which goes directly to the Hohensalzburg Fortress and the old town (40 minutes to walk).
Salzburg is one of the Unesco World Heritage Cities. It is more than the City of Mozart and the film „Sound of Music“ The beauty of Salzburg lies in its many different faces: the rich history, the charming old baroque center, concerts, the countless fascinating locations and the beautiful surrounding with it´s close mountains and lakes.

Romantisches Haus in Salzburg
Unser Haus befindet sich im Süden der Stadt Salzburg. Es verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt 120 m2.
Es gibt einen kleinen, schönen Garten und einen idyllischen Innenhof.
Eine perfekte Infrastruktur (zu Fuß erreichbar: Supermärkte, Apotheke, Schwimmbad etc.) und eine sehr gute Anbindung an das Zentrum machen die Wohngegend sehr lebenswert. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Bus in 15 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der sehr schöne Fußweg über den Festungsberg oder entlang des Schlosses Leopoldskron führt in 40 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg.
Salzburg gehört zum Unesco-Kulturerbe. Die Stadt ist mehr als nur der Geburtsort von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart und der Drehort des Films „Sound of Music“. Salzburg hat viel zu bieten: die reiche Geschichte, die barocke Altstadt und diverse kulturelle Veranstaltungen sowie die wunderschöne Umgebung mit den nahen Bergen und Seen.
