Beautiful lakeside home in Central Otago New Zealand
Beautiful well designed, warm and comfortable home overlooking Lake Dunstan in the South Island's Central Otago. Mt Pisa/Pisa Moorings is just a 8km drive from the nearest town of Cromwell. Depending on the season, three outdoor areas for relaxing in, two fireplaces and also underfloor heating. Walking and bike track in front of the house which will take you into Cromwell town and further. Access to kayaks to explore the inlets around Pisa Moorings, or just try some fishing from the front lawn.
Unique Central Otago! 45 minute drive to the stunning scenic and adventure playgrounds of both Queenstown and Wanaka. Hit the ski slopes of Coronet Peak, Treble Cone, Cardrona or Remarkables ski fields, all accessable for a days excursion. Plenty of biking and walking trails - Dunstan Cycle Trail which connects up to the Otago Rail Trail. And for the adventurous and serious trampers, easy access to Milford, Keplar, Routeburn and Hump Ridge Tracks, Roys Peak and many more.
Were keen on doing a long term exchange over 2025 even if its made up of two or more.
