Eine ruhige Wohngegend in einer schönen kleinen Straße, überwiegend mit Altbauten. Der Volkspark Schöneberg (Rudolph-Wilde-Park) ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, er ist ideal für Kinder (mehrere schöne Spielplätze fußläufig) und als Laufstrecke (einmal bis zum Parkende und zurück = 5,8 km). Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 Minuten ein lebendiges Viertel mit Cafés und Restaurants (Belziger Straße, Akazienstraße, Golzstraße), in die andere Richtung sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu drei Programmkinos (Eva, Bundesplatz-Kino, Cosima). Ein weiteres Kino, mit internationalem Programm in Originalsprache, ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt (Odeon). Ein guter Supermarkt liegt 6 Fußminuten entfernt, ein Getränkemarkt ist direkt um die Ecke.
