Situated in a pleasant setting and semi-detached on one side, our house offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay: beautiful, light-filled rooms, a welcoming garden and a friendly atmosphere.
My house is quite large, with a surface area of 140m² spread over 3 levels. The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. The 4th bedroom will be used as storage space during the exchange, to give you enough room to store your belongings.
- Ground floor: a kitchen, a dining/living room of approx. 30m2, a toilet, a bathroom, a boiler room for storing coats and shoes, and a garage equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and other appliances (raclette, crepe maker, etc.).
- 1 st floor: three bedrooms, a bathroom currently being renovated (photos will be available soon and it will be ready for exchange), and a WC.
- 2 nd floor: one bedroom (closed for exchange), a study with ironing board and steam iron, a games room with an elliptical trainer, children's toys and board games (Scrabble, Times Up, Skyjo, Kabanga, Uno, etc.).
At the rear of the house, you'll have access to a garden with a garden table, large parasol, gas plancha and deckchairs. The cellar contains outdoor games such as badminton rackets, a Mölkky and a Skimboard.
