Cosy Chalet in the Middle of the Swiss Alps
We are a Swiss couple and absolutely new to home-exchange. As we live in a cosy wooden chalet in a remote but central area of a smaller ski-, hiking- and mountainbike resort, we thought that we could give it a try.
The chalet has three bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed), two living rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 kitchen and two private offices that we would like to keep locked.
We have four mountainbikes (2 of them e-bikes) that you could use. In the village, there is also a sport shop, where you can rent bikes and skis. We also have an electronic drum-kit that you could use. The minigolf course in front of the house can be used for a small fee.
Please note: the pictures are all outdated. The house is being renovated right now and gets a new façade.

Nuestro vecindario
The location is pretty stunning, as the house is directly next to the lowest ski-lift and to the minigolf but there are no direct neighbours. That also means, that you will have to park the car ca. 200m from the chalet. However, there is a petrol barrow if you need to move heavy luggage. Within walking distance (3min.) there is also a bus stop for the bus running from Visp train station. Thus the place is also accessible by public transport.
The place is an old alpine village in the Valais between Zermatt, the Aletsch glacier, Verbier and Crans-Montana. The ski resort is called "Moosalp" and there are many hiking and mountainbike trails... one through our garden...
The airports of Zurich, Basel, Geneva and Milan are all about 2-2.5h by train.
