This red typically swedish house is located in Lindö, situated in Norrköping Municipality, Östergötland County, Sweden. It is situated just a few kilometers from the centre of the city of Norrköping and is often considered part of it. You can drive or take a public bus to Stockholm (the capital of Sweden) within one and a half hour drive and it is even faster by train.
This beautiful old and picturesque villa, built in 1931 has been carefully renovated for modern living and comfort. It is located a three minutes walk from Pampus Marina and Bråviken, a beautiful bay in the northern part of the archipelago in Östergötland.
The house is spacious (75 sqm) with an interior of fine modern art, old swedish furnitures and wooden floors enhanced by oriental rugs. At main floor you can relax in the living room and dining room / small library. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave is available on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and washing machine. The bedroom / second living room with TV is placed on the second floor next to the balcony. The sofa can be used as a bed. This house has a private deck suited for dining overlooking our park like, old swedish garden with its large amount of apple trees, flowers and berries.
