Almerimar is a fishing village with three docks full of boats, restaurants, bars, shops, etc., belonging to the municipality of El Ejido in Almería.
The apartment is located on the shores of Poniente beach in the Puerto Príncipe urbanisation. We have swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, gardens and direct access to the beach. It is located next to the marina and the docks.
The twenty-seven hole golf course is 100 meters away. The very bright apartment has a kitchen, a spacious living room with, and two bedrooms: one of them with a king size bed (1,80) and bathroom, and the other one with a 1,50 bed. It also has another full bathroom. The entire apartment is exterior and has a 40 m² terrace.

The apartment is in a residential complex with the beach in front, the town center and marina to the left, and the golf course behind. The complex also has gardens, paddle tennis courts, and swimming pools.
