Beautiful 2 levels apartment by sea south of SE– with including nice villa near Copenhagen DK
Welcome to our fantastic, apartment spread over two levels in a charming low-rise building. The apartment is located in Höllviken, right next to some of Sweden’s most beautiful white sandy beaches.
The area is calm, safe, and very pleasant, with lovely local shops, cafés, and restaurants. Here is something for everyone to enjoy.
As part of the home exchange, there is also the possibility to stay in a cozy and well-maintained villa located in a quiet residential neighborhood just outside Copenhagen, close to both forest and sea. Traveling from Höllviken (Sweden) to Lyngby (Denmark) takes approximately 1 hour by car or about 90 minutes by train across the Öresund Bridge. Its very easy for us living so close to the countryborder to commute by train, bus and car between our two countries and lots of Swedes and Danes working in one of the countries and living in the other. :)
The region is highly popular and well known for its stunning beaches in Höllviken, Falsterbo, and Skanör. You can get very much culture, historical and outdoors experiences in Skåne (this area). In summertime here is lots of festivals and other arrangements both i Skåne and in Copenhagen.
We are open for exchanges short and long terms; all over the world, specially Europe, Canada, Australia. We have done lot of exchanges with Intervac when the children was small. But that's 10 years ago.
Now is time again as retired/semi retired ;) We are open for exchange car as well. We have a Volvo V60 to exchange. We are reliable and responsible family and of course you can be sure that we take good care of your home.

The neighborhood is friendly, welcoming, and suitable for all ages. It is an ideal base for exploring Skåne as well as for easy trips to Denmark.
Malmö city is only a 20-minute drive away, and public buses run 24/7.
A perfect combination of seaside living, tranquility, small boutiques, restaurants and easy access to vibrant cities of 25 km and the forest of 30 km

We are a nice and friendly family with children in the twenties.
We are rather open and active, love to travel, like hikings, swimming, golf, jogging...We enjoy to cook food together with family and friends. Like pets, but have non at the moment.
