House in a quiet area near LYON.
This wonderful house has everything you need for a nice vacation. It is situated in a little town which is called Villefontaine. Near Lyon. In the middle of Rhône-Alpes near many touristic areas.
The area is around 120 m2. There are a great sitting room, 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
We have a nice room under the roof with tv, desks, and bed.
Outside, there is a little garden (around 300 m2), encircled by small shrubs.
Our house is in a very quiet place. It is encircled with many ways for walkers and bikers. By this way we can join some little ponds with natural preserves (from 15 to 30 mn from our house by feet).
There is a big outside market Saturday.
About 10 km there is a golf and a big swimming pool.
Near our home there are many historical area (archaeological sites, gallo-romaine town of Vienne, Lyon 20/25 Kms, Grenoble and Alpes.

At 20kms there is Lyon, (15, 20mn by highway.30mn by train) 2nd biggest town in France, classified by the UNESCO in the world patrimony. you can find many museum (musée des beaux arts,new musée des Confluences) art gallery, a renaissance area very beautiful, the typical district of Croix Rousse .
It’s known as a great gastronomic city.

Grenoble (city of the winter olympic games of 1968), 80 km encircled by 3 mountains: Vercors, Belledone, Chartreuse. There is many possibility of walk between 1/2 h and 4 hours or 6 hours

We are a family of four persons: Katy, Jean-Yves, Marie (28) lives and works in Lyon, Bastien (36) who works and lives in Le Havre. When we echange, sometimes, Bastien,his wife and son (3years), and Marie will join us. Not everytime.
Katy is a retired teacher, and Jean-Yves, is a new retired teatcher in history of éducation at Lyon university.
