A lovely house in peaceful surroundings close to the sea and Aarhus
The house has three bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a spacious bathroom.
One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is a children’s room with a three-quarter bed. The third room is an office, but a mattress can be placed on the floor if needed.
In the living room, there is a sofa that can accommodate one person for sleeping.
We are especially fond of our garden, which features a fire pit and a large wooden terrace, part of which is covered.

In the local area, there are several cozy farm shops, bakeries, and second-hand stores.

We are an active family living near Aarhus — in the cozy town of Malling, just a 5-minute drive from the beach and 15 minutes from Aarhus city center. We enjoy the beautiful nature, the many great experiences in the area, and spending time in our lovely garden. We love staying active, being outdoors, and creating cozy moments together as a family.
