Traditional cottage in Shropshire, close to town
Our house is about 350 years old with original stone fireplaces and beams. We have modernised it with central heating, kitchen.and bathrooms. In our garden we grow fruit and veggies as well as flowers. There is a supermarket and coffee shop close by as well as the market town of Ludlow about 20 minute walk away. Ludlow is known for the castle , local pubs and nearby forest walks.

Semi retired Christian couple with family in Australia
We both now work part time and divide our time between playing golf, church and kids. Our children are now grown up but drop in for regular visits or weekend stays.We have a small dog who loves forest walks and my mum lives independently in an annexe to our house, which has its own entrance. We enjoy entertaining friends and cooking is pretty central to our lifestyle, with a well equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq. We also grow fruit and veggies and love being outside in the fresh air.
