I would like an exchange with a home in Paris; in Belleville if possible, or nearby, so that I can visit my daughter who is living there. My train is already booked so unfortunately I'm not able to be flexible with dates.

Edwardian House in Hackney, London, Great Britain

Our 19th Century terraced, 3 bedroom house is located very close to central London, with very easy and quick access to all the main attractions. The borough of Hackney, where we live is, in itself a tourist attraction these days. It's a very exciting, vibrant part of London. We have great markets; Columbia Flower Market, Brick Lane Flea Market, and Broadway Market which is just at the end of our street. It is the most diversely populated area of the UK, and so we have many great restaurants serving food from different places around the world. It is also the most creative area of London with the highest number of artists per sq. m. in the country, so you can find many galleries nearby. We also have a few nice museums. Our favourite is The Geffrye Museum of Interiors & The Home. There are lots of very pleasant parks in Hackney. Victoria Park is the most beautiful, and is just 10minutes walk away, along the Regents Canal.
