Lovely home with grand property in the low mountain range of the palatina Forrest / Schönes Ferienhaus auf großzügigem Waldgrundstück im Mittelgebirge "Pfälzer Wald"

The house is located in the heart of the Palatinate Forest surrounded by beech and mixed forest. It's a paradise for hikers, nature lovers, bikers, mountainbikers, families with kids and people in need of peace. The property is 5.000 sq and there are 3 houses on it: the house, the guesthouse and an open house to play in.
Unser Haus liegt im Herzen des Pfälzer Waldes, eingebettet in Buchen- und Mischwald. Es ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Naturliebhaber, Motorradfahrer, Mountainbiker, Familien mit Kindern, Ruhebedürftige ... Das Grundstück hat über 5.000 qm und es befinden sich 3 Gebäude darauf: das Wohnhaus, das Waldhaus und eine weiteres offenes Haus z.B. zum Spielen. Das Wohnhaus hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Doppelstockbett, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer mit 2 weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten und Essplatz. Es gibt keinen TV-Empfang und kein Internet! Allerdings steht ein Fernseher mit DVD- und Videoplayer zur Verfügung.
