Un beau 110 m22, très bien équipé - Nous n'avons que 3 pièces (une pour chaque niveau), c'est-à-dire que chacune est très grande.
Toute la maison a été reconstruite il y a douze ans par nous, elle est en très bon état.

Deux salons, deux cuisines. Une salle de bain avec une douche. Une terrasse de 12 m2 au deuxième niveau de la maison.
1 grande chambre (un grand lit pour 2 personnes)
Un espace bureau
Une télévision (+DVD, HiFi, Wifi)

Notre maison est grande et très confortable. Le quartier est bien situé (au bord de la rivière, près de la campagne (1km à pied)) et très proche du centre-ville (500 mètres à pied !). Dans un quartier très calme.

Bel environnement près du Rhône (35 mètres ! )
Notre maison est située à Arles (Provence), mais sur le côté droit du fleuve, c'est-à-dire hors du centre de la ville, et pourtant très près (7' à pied).

La Provence commence ici. La mer est à 32 km.

Arles est une petite ville française avec 45 000 habitants à l'intérieur de la ville et 15 000 en Camargue (une très grande zone naturelle, regardez la carte). Avec de nombreux musées, monuments romains, un grand festival de photos en été . des concerts de musique, des expos photo, dessin etc... dans la ville d'Arles et en Provence. La nature est partout (la Camargue est protégée)

It is a nice 110 sqm2, very well equipped - We have only 3 rooms (one for each level), that is to say that each one is very large.

The whole home was rebuilt ten years ago by us, so it is in great shape and a beautiful home.

Our house is large, and cosy, very comfortable. The area is well located (by the river side, near the countryside (1km on foot)) and very close to center of city (500 meters on foot !). In a very quiet neighborhood.

Our home is located in Arles (Provence), but on the right side of the river, that is to say out of the center of the city, and very close to it (7’ on foot).
Provence starts here. The sea is 32km far.
Arles is a small french city with 45.000 residents inside the city and 15 000 in Camargue (a very large and natural area, look at the map). With many museums, romans monuments, festivals (music, photo, theater) in the City of Arles and in Provence. Strong nature is everywhere (Camargue is protected)
