Comfortable house centrally located in the city of Tilburg, NL
A typical Dutch house built in the 1930's. House contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms (three toilets):
- Master bedroom in the attic with double bed and ensuite bathroom;
- Two bedrooms on the first level, both contain a single bed and one also has a childs bed (1.60m long).
House contains all modern utilities for a comfortable stay.
Located in the suburb of 'Armhoef' in Tilburg. Walking distance to all the required amenities, including the Piushaven, train/bus station and city centre. A 15 minute drive to the 'Efteling' and a 10 minute drive to the 'Beekse Bergen' safaripark (zoo).

Friendly neighbourhood close to all required ammenities. A few minutes walk to the Piushaven where there are a number of restaurants and cafes available. Supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Moerenburg nature area is a short walk away.
Fifteen minute walk to the city centre and Tilburg Station.

Wij hebben een heel aangename huisruil gehad! Het huis was perfect zoals omschreven en we voelden ons er heel welkom. We hadden op voorhand een goed contact en ook tijdens het verblijf verliep de communicatie perfect. Het huis was proper en ook ons eigen huis was zeer propere staat toen we terugkwamen. Dit gezin heeft heel goed zorg gedragen voor ons huis en onze spullen. Dankjewel!
Beautiful house located in a lovely suburb a short distance from the central city of Bruges. As described on Intervac. The family are very respectful, excellent communication and cared well for our home. Five stars !!
Very nice family home with excellent amenities. Situated in a nice part of La Rochelle. An excellent base to explore the city and surrounds. Highly recommend an exchange with this family. Courteous and thoughtful people.
