 Hello.  Thank you for considering an exchange with our family.  We have a beautifully restored, modern apartment in a lovely, popular area of Brooklyn called Prospect Heights. It is a very convenient location, near subways and trains. It is also near a lot of lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and music venues as well.  This neighborhood is an easy wal to other beautiful + fun nearby neighborhoods of Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights and Fort Greene, Brooklyn.  It is under a 30 minute subway ride to Manhattan.  

This home underwent a complete renovation recently. It has a modern open-plan kitchen, a large living and good sized dining area too. There is a lot of light in this home from the large, sliding glass doors in the rear that open up on to an enormous, private, enclosed roof deck. It is a great place to dine outdoors or sunbathe. The front bedroom is very large as well. It has oversized windows with sweet, Brooklyn roof-top views. There is a large dresser in this room and a closet as well.

This home has central air conditioning, its own washer and dryer and a private entrance from the street. The kitchen is fully stocked. It sleeps 4 easily. There is a new queen sized bed in the private bedroom and a new sofa bed that pulls out to sleep two comfortably.

We have done two exchanges most recently to Provence, France, which was lovely and we exchanged a car with that family as well, and once to Sardinia, Italy.  We would keep your home in excellent shape.  Please email us for more information.  We do not have to do a simultaneous exchange and we will also happily arrange a rental if an exchange isn't possible. It would be between 2 to 4 of our adult family members who would be traveling.

The entrance to the apartment is private. There is just 1 flight of stairs up to the apartment. We are the building owners and will be attentive to any of your concerns while you are our guest.
