Friendly bright house with fantastic views in Brighton, Great Britain
This is a comfortable family house in a quiet and very pleasant neighbourhood of Brighton, one of the most exciting and friendly small cities in England, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We're about 1km from the beach and the town centre. London is an hour away by train.
We have four bedrooms, so up to six people can sleep comfortably, and two bathrooms. For any pianists out there, we own a lovely Yamaha U1 upright piano.
Our neighbours are very friendly and welcoming.

About the neighborhood
Our house is up a hill and from our front step you can see the sea. From the back of the house you can see the whole city and the sea. We are close to a lovely park full of trees, with a very nice bakery, and a primary school. The street is quiet without much traffic and the neighbours are friendly. There is a regular bus service from the centre of Brighton to bus stops only 3 minutes from our house.

Ein gemütliches Reihenhaus mit charmant bepflanztem Hinterhof und begrüntem Vorgärtchen. Die Zimmer sind hüsch und behaglich eingerichtet und lichtdurchflutet. Die drei Stufen tiefergelegte Einbauküche ist praktisch und ansprechend ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt, und es existieren zwei schöne Badezimmer. Die Aussicht (Blick auf Brighton) und Nachbarschaft ist ebenso charmant und gastfreundlich, wie das Angebot in der sehr zutreffenden Präsentation erhoffen lässt. Sogar die Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft lassen sich streicheln - und mit den freundlichen Nachbarn hatten wir nette Gespräche. Absolut liebenswürdige Familienunterkunft - sehr empfehlenswert.

South Downs national park and world class cultural events on the same day!
We are a couple with two grown up sons in their early 20s. Possibly our younger son would like to join us on holiday in 2026. Tim is a university lecturer and Lucy works in the city authority of Brighton & Hove. We love city breaks as well as walking in nature. Brighton suits us well as it is full of culture and interesting events but you can easily escape to the South Downs national park which is just outside the city.
