We are a retired couple from California who love to travel.  We are located 40 km north of San Diego, in the coastal town of Encinitas.
Our home has two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both have king-size beds and walk-in showers. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen-size bed and another upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub. Another upstairs room has a queen-size sofa sleeper and large screen TV. There is also a small WC with sink downstairs. In addition we have a room with a large screen TV and high speed internet access and wifi.
There are wonderful ocean views from many of the rooms.  The living room has a fine Mason & Hamlin grand piano, and we would be especially interested in finding a home that also has a piano. The large garden, patio and spa area is perfect for our mild climate, and our orange trees are ready to be picked.
Beaches, surfing spots, walking trails & golf courses are minutes away. The Encinitas Ranch Golf Course is a 15 minute walk. The San Diego Botanical Gardens are a 20 minute walk. Within a short drive are: Legoland (10min), Sea World (30min), Balboa Park with its museums, theaters, music venues and world famous San Diego Zoo (35min), Disneyland (90min), Palm Springs (2hr).
