A nice & quiet flat in the historic center of Tours, just by the river Loire
My flat was renovated one year ago in a building of the XVII th. It takes place in the historical part of Tours where all conveniences are accessible by feet. It consists of a sitting-room, a kitchen, a bath-room, WC, 2 bedrooms (beds 140-190).
Tours is a nice town and a very good place for tourism (all the "Châteaux de la Loire", Paris by TGV, Futuroscope, etc. are less than one hour by car or by train).

I (Patrice) am retired from University and have a daughter who lives in Paris.
During exchanges I can be alone, with friends (2 maximum) or my daughter, her boy-friend and their child (8 years)
Lifestyle
I like to spend my time between : travels (exchanges and van), reading (all types of litterature), music (CD and concerts : mostly baroque music), exhibitions (contemporary art mostly), cooking and testing wines with my family and friends, long walks in nature and quiet moments at home.
I prefer and exchange without animals.
Sometimes I smoke cigars but on a terrace or outside.
